So you get your name on the back, along with the great Gideon Haigh, but exactly sandwiched in between is a statement that says IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that JRod is a better cricket blogger than you.
This is bloody typical of English cricket. Some Strayan comes along and says “I’m better than some Englishman”, and the Englishman just accepts it. FIGHT BACK, King. Say it’s not so. Change your comment from “Cricket With Balls…They know what they’re doing” to “Cricket With Balls… The useless whingeing losers.” Or something.
We hate the word ‘blog’ and therefore don’t consider ourself a ‘cricket blogger’. That’s our story and we’re sticking to it.
Also, it’s his book. If you can’t talk yourself up on the back of your own book, where can you do it?
In Morrison’s? We think you’ll find that they ask you to leave because you’re irritating the cashiers if you do that.
If you are not a blog, KC, how come you have listed yourself on jrod’s list of blogs?
My copy has now shipped – exciting!
You’ve got him there, Ged Ladd! Let’s see him wriggle out of that one.
Listed ourself?
He’s got you there, Ged Ladd! Let’s see you wriggle out of that one.
I agree with all the commenters, this is the best book ever written.
